How do your products solve your client’s problems

To build a successful product-based business, we need your products to solve a specific question for a specific group of people. When you’re selling to consumers, you’re selling to a particular group of people who have a problem you can solve for them. And when you’re selling to businesses, you’re selling to a special sort of business, and to real human beings within that business. Those humans have a problem (or a desire) that you can help them with.

Getting clear about this is one of the five foundations of a successful product business. This module takes you through how to get this right. And you might end up changing your mind about who you serve once you’ve worked through this. I hope so.
